Refunds & Exchanges

Tickets are refundable up to 30 days before the festival. Within 30 days, tickets may be transferred to another attendee but are not refundable. Details to be finalized.

Code of Conduct

KlezCalYidFest is committed to providing a welcoming, harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, background, or ability. We ask all attendees, performers, and volunteers to treat one another with respect. Details to be finalized.

Accessibility

Finnish Hall is wheelchair accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance so we can help make your experience comfortable. Details to be finalized.

Photography & Recording

Photography and video may be taken during the festival for promotional purposes. Please let festival staff know if you’d prefer not to be photographed. Details to be finalized.

Health & Safety
